On 1st October 2025 five members of ITV’s Media team came together for a one-day workshop on Presenting Yourself with Impact with Inner Leader.

This was not a sit back and take notes kind of day. It was fast paced, practical and packed with interaction. The group kicked off with the mindset of stepping over the line and the psychology of effective communication, before diving into the core topic of: how do you create real impact when you present?

The answer came through three lenses: how you look, how you sound and what you say. From body language and vocal presence to choosing stronger and more empowered words everyone had plenty of chances to practise, experiment and push themselves outside their comfort zone.

In the afternoon the team explored the High-Impact Communication Framework – The 3 What’s. This gave them a simple but powerful structure for turning ideas into clear and compelling messages. The day ended with live practice, filming and lots of positive challenge and feedback.

Each person was recorded before, during and after the workshop capturing their progress and the shift in confidence and impact.
