Questions people ask before working with us
How much does leadership or sales training cost?
The cost depends on three things: how many people, how many days and how much design work the programme needs. A single team day sits at one end and a leadership programme running across several months with coaching alongside it sits at the other. We quote a fixed fee for the whole engagement rather than a day rate, so there are no surprises, and we will give you a realistic range on the first call before anyone writes a proposal.
What happens on a discovery call?
A discovery call is a free twenty-minute conversation with us, treating us as your sounding board. You describe what is happening in the team, we ask questions and you get an honest view on whether we are the right people for it. If we are not, we will say so and point you towards someone who is. Nobody is put on a mailing list and nobody chases you afterwards.
Do you deliver in person or online, and where do you travel?
Both, in person and online. Team days and workshops are usually in the room, because the exercises need people in the room. Coaching is virtual as standard. We work across the whole of the UK, with recent programmes in Leeds, Belfast, Southampton and London, and internationally for global clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Travel is included in the fee for UK work.
Do you work with smaller businesses as well as global companies?
Yes. The names on our client list are global, but the work scales down as well as up. A leadership team of five and a sales team of six get the same team and the same method as a multinational does.
