You are planning a conference, leadership summit or sales kick-off, and you want a keynote people talk about afterwards. Tim Cooper-Robins gives psychology-led talks that leave audiences energised, thinking differently and with practical ideas they use the same week. He speaks to audiences of twenty to more than a thousand.

Inner Leader's keynotes are given by Tim Cooper-Robins. There are six signature talks on leadership mindset, communication, vulnerability and trust, psychological safety (feeling safe to speak up at work), personality types and sales. Each runs 30 to 90 minutes, in person at your venue anywhere in the UK or virtually for global audiences.
The aim of every talk is that the audience walks out thinking differently from how they walked in.
These talks are built from twenty years of working with leadership teams, sales teams and team offsites. They use real stories, psychology and ideas people can use once they are back at work.
